About Holocaust Memorial Day Trust

Holocaust Memorial Day Trust is the charity that promotes and supports Holocaust Memorial Day (HMD) in the UK. Holocaust Memorial Day has taken place in the UK since 2001 and Holocaust Memorial Day Trust was registered as a charity in 2005. They work to raise awareness of the Holocaust and recent genocides so that more people of all ages and backgrounds meaningfully mark Holocaust Memorial Day every year.

Holocaust Memorial Day takes place on 27th January every year and more than 10,000 activities are held by schools, faith groups, community organisations, local authorities, prisons and workplaces.

Holocaust Memorial Day Trust's Challenges

With the reports of racist and antisemitic incidents at their highest levels in the UK, and beyond, our work is more important than ever. We are seeking support to raise awareness of lessons learned from the Holocaust and genocides. You can support their work by clicking here  https://www.hmd.org.uk/donate/
