Consultation Process
Introduction & Fact Find Meeting
We will meet with you to discuss your project in detail and ask all the necessary questions, in order to provide you with a comprehensive proposal. Our account managers are fully trained in both sales of, and technical specifics for, our full range of products and services.
Solution Discovery & Client Proposal
Between meetings we will liaise with all relevant parties (including existing client vendors, if required) to provide an accurate proposal, including detailed information on the solution provided, commercial terms and agreement specifics.
Proposal Presentation & Outcome Meeting
We will meet with all parties involved in the decision-making process to present our proposed solution and answer any questions you may have. Once you are happy with our proposed solution, as with all new services, we require signed agreement to ensure both parties are happy to proceed with providing the services outlined in the proposal.
Assignment to Your Dedicated Project Lead
Our operations manager will review your project internally and assign to you, a dedicated project manager & assistant team that best suit your organisation, and the technical details of your project. Your project manager will then send you an introductory email and be your point of contact through the duration of the project.
