Exciting Events & Webinars
In 2025, we’re thrilled to share our plans to attend and host even more charity events and webinars! This year marks an exciting milestone as we take part in Charity Digital’s podcast, our very first podcast appearance! We’re also looking forward to bringing back our in-person Charity IT Day, a fantastic opportunity to connect with our community. Plus, our annual Summer Social is set to return, potentially at an exciting new venue. Webinars will continue to be a key focus, covering essential topics like the use of AI and the latest in cyber security.
Our Focus on the Education Sector
Late last year, we proudly branched into the education sector, marking an exciting new chapter for Qlic IT. This year, we plan to build on that momentum by attending key educational events, allowing us to connect with educators and institutions to better understand their unique needs. We’re also gearing up to host our very own educational events, creating platforms for sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration within the sector. Additionally, we’ll place greater emphasis on tailored education-focused mailers to provide valuable insights and resources that truly resonate with this audience.

2025 is already shaping up to be an exciting year with the formation of some incredible new partnerships! We’re proud to announce our collaborations with Charity Digital and Charity Excellence, which will enable us to expand our reach and provide even greater support to the charity sector. In the education space, we’ve teamed up with YGAM and The Teaching Awards Trust.

This year, we’re excited to keep the momentum going with our quarterly charity fundraisers! We already have some exciting challenges lined up like a white-collar charity boxing match as well as meaningful initiatives like blood donations. These efforts, alongside other exciting ideas in the pipeline, reflect our commitment to giving back and making a difference.

To support our growing services and initiatives, we’re looking to expand our team. We’re bringing in fresh talent and expertise to enhance our capabilities and deliver unparalleled service to our clients. Last year we had 13 new starters, can we beat this in 2025?!
Brand New Technology Solutions
In 2025, we plan to expand our use of Bigger Brains, a leading training platform, to help our clients master a variety of software services effectively. Additionally, we will continue integrating AI-driven solutions wherever possible, enhancing the training experience and streamlining processes to deliver smarter, more efficient results.
